They would have signed off on this prior to announcing and it may take 3 months or so before it is officially to be granted but there is no way that GSN will not have this package of land reversed on them.. Consider it a done deal. Best way for me to explain to you is so you have comfort, It is like exchanging on a property, prior to settlement.

aah, so basically it's a done deal unless GSN chooses/fails to proceed? That makes sense for me, helps me understand why an incomplete process deserved such an optimistic and exciting announcement
