    have a little read . also have a little google of some of the clay brine and hard rock interactions with them .
    they are the Bureuo of land management . a substantial if not majority of mines operate on land managed by BLM

    the wild think here is they can start on their on a patented mining claim immediately . it is at IR1 will

    bidden is all about the lithium and REE and has made substantial changes to regulation to get more ... however it some ways this has made it difficult on American lands . look into what some of the massive lithium mines in US going through ( thus Australia now being a new state of america . lol )

    however imo this is why the patent claim is such a wild card . IF there is a big enough resource on it or if the surrounds are promising they can start construction and or mining mediately wail they go through the permit paper work to expand . it is also a historically mined area . infrastructure and legacy communiy support may still exist

    again I could be wrong . I am more of an Australian investor and I have only had one coffee
