Ann: Mulwarrie Drilling Update, page-5

A little perspective. On February 11th GG8 closed at 21 cents. Today's close is 50 cents. So in less than four months it's up 29 cents. It's currently consolidating. If you draw a trendline from Feb 11 to today, it's close to a 45 degree angle. The last two drilling results announcements, both of which were better than "half decent", and confirmed good grade hits in parallel structures, seem to have gone virtually unnoticed by the market. I'm a bit surprised at the subdued reaction to good announcements. But I'm not in the stock for short term gains. If it had jumped to 70 cents today, I wouldn't have sold. Obviously, the company is extending known strike length and increasing it's resources. And for me, hitting good grade in parallel structures is a very positive and exciting development.
As the announcement stipulates "Gorilla continues to drill at Mulwarrie utilising 2 DD rigs and 1 RC rig, with the current program at Mulwarrie expected to finish in 3-5 weeks after which a resource re-estimate will be undertaken and drill planning subsequent to this."
Progress at Lakeview is equally positive and exciting. The company is rapidly and successfully increaseing it's resources, with continuous, consistent quality hits with the drill. Eventually this success will be reflected in the share price.
I like to increase my holding in companies after the pull back in SP occurs, following the initial surge caused by good announcements, especially if the pullback brings the price down to the level prior to the announcement. Logically, after a good announcement, SP rise and then a pullback, I'm buying a stronger company at a discounted price. I also like to buy when the market seems to ignore the good announcements. I"ve already done the latter here twice.
