Hmmm so you don't think it's a little deceptive to the market announcing purchases and raising money knowing they may never transact or complete given the existing legal / other issues?
I think it's reasonable to consider these issues fairly substantial...and there is obviously a considerable amount of risk attached to these assets. Can the transactions even complete? If so, when and what variations to the terms (as announced and originally agreed upon) would be needed to do so? Aren't one or two of these issues alone enough to disrupt if not completely tank what appears to be the company's wider strategy in the area?
I was thinking these may be a good buy when they hit 12c with their acquisitions...but I'm now questioning if the is just not great at DD or disclosure.

Would be nice to give investors and potential investors accurate info.
My opinion is there is some management confidence that needs to be repaired here for the SP to rise.
