I honestly don't care if MVC made MRC, What is clear he made a number of errors which has placed the company in the situation that it is in today. The current board and Jacob have nearly resolved all of the issues which existed when MVC was in control of the company.
You only need to look at his change of shareholder notices and his actions to determine he is extremely bitter about his removal.
This has little to no impact on the current board or the major shareholders, the main people who have been impacted are the retail shareholders. He has IMO had a complete disrespect for us and this is why I would never invest in another company he controls.
Seriously, what type of person sells significant amounts of their shares during a capital raising to make sure the SP is below the CR price, takes the company to the takeover panel that prevented an underwriting, then doesn't even take up one share in the entitlement offer?
