    Spend the money on expansion with minimal debt, the last thing i want is a dividend then a cap raising.
    Current market conditions certainly give them enough of an excuse to delay paying first dividend for a year.
    If expansion is too high cost and you have a pile of cash buy back shares, especially at these levels!
