I like to compare MEK's current position to an unfinished apartment building. Still a construction site, no income. There is a big step up in value and big step down in risk the minute an OC is issued and a cash flow generated. I think the same applies here. The minute Cappex stops (confirmed delivered with a bit of coin left over) and cash flow starts, then I expect this to get bought up big. I'd like to think we should be about 50% of PNR market cap.
