    Nicely put Snowy, and thanks.

Another point not being addressed is what RR1 will do with all the money from a partnership / offtake agreement. If I remember one of your previous posts correctly, the extraction will only take 18 months.

So if the deal gives us say $120M, say over 2 years to be conservative, and during that 2 years we throw a huge $20M at exploring and drilling our Northern tenements, and say it costs $10M (another huge amount - well beyond the current burn rate) to run the company, and then put aside another $10M in the bank, there will be $80M left over. That’s 10 cents per share.

And no assumptions around finding more gold. Or anything at all up North.

Happy for anyone to dispute my numbers or arguments respectfully as I am no expert, but …. cripes. There will surely be some significant money flowing into the RR1 bank account without a home, which could be distributed either as a capital return or dividend over the next two years.

So yes; I strongly agree with others that when a deal is announced we could see a significant rise in the SP.

NOT ADVICE. Not encouragement to buy. Just amateur opinion!
