This is likely just an insignificant reaction to the announcement. A volume of 20mill shares is not statistically significant, as it falls within the one SD or random variability that we have seen over long term trend. It translates to no significant/observable effect by the announcement. Hopefully this sends the message to the management that no fluff, no carrot dangling, no promise of change of guard (CEO) particularly if playing musical chairs, etc, has any real or tangible effect any more, meaning, we need to see a *simple* announcement on sample results (be it Higginsville or Zambia with the mess there cleaned up), or else don't even think about a CR and making a fool of yourself ... and brokers may wish to take a note.
