We know Lake Torrens is a sacred site to at least four Aboriginal groups but it does not have any native title protections, so it will be interesting to see how this plays out.
One would hope that the respect, consideration, care and meticulous planning in drilling with least interruption by Argonaut will assist its case (as opposed to the Rio Tinto disaster).
