There are some exceptionally good research papers available on the similarities of the gravity studies for the are ARE are in. For as you can imagine, the size and scale of these deposits have had a lot of people research to find the next big one

I recommend if you are that way inclined to read the data, very interesting if you like technical papers.

The similarities between ARE results to date and the other IOCG's like Olympic Dam are very similar in my opinion.

The simplified modelling results are consistent with the current geological understanding, that IOCG's occur as fault/or pipe bound breccias. The experiments show that gravity data is more robust tool than magnetics for IOCG exploration, because it does not suffer exponential attenuation with increased source depth.

Olympic Dam

You have every reason to be excited by today's announcement if you are a ARE holder. This has been 20 years in the making (refer previous posts), a lot of companies would be looking at the results coming out of ARE. Yes you could wait until the drill results come out before buying, or buying more. As I see it, what has been reported ticks the boxes I am looking for, I am comfortable buying on each positive announcements and averaging up over time.

Great time to be an ARE holder.
