-450k base wage plus 150k bonus for a CEO of a speculative stock years from profitability. + options/performance shares.
-Slow progress.
-Ambiguous and dishonest information release. Just 1 example is an interview where "plasma levels are adequate", whilst the company doubles back to a phase 1 trial to desperately increase infusion rates to boost plasma concentrations, all while not releasing results to share holders.
