Incentive is also important...I'm glad Alex's incentive is aligned with shareholders. I think he knows better than most the potential of this industry in Australia and globally. I'm interested in ECS because I also believe the future of cannabis is outdoor, not indoor. That's for both cost and environmental reasons.
