I reckon you are exactly right mate, management are just about everything in these microcaps.
Not only do we have two of the blokes from LGP, share price circa 70c, both of whom I believe moved across the country from WA to Tasmania for the company, but Director Alexander Keach is holding 90,548,668 of shares (not even including options), around 17% of the shares on issue.
Now I don't reckon Mr Keach is here for pips, and if he can get the company SP at the rate of some of our competitors, then he will be a very wealthy man indeed!
