One thing you need to consider is that the current board and management have nothing at all to do with FNT's activities prior to July 2019, i.e. they cannnot be held responsible for the mismanagement of FNT, and accordingly your losses.
If you are going to hold anybody accountable, this should be Peter McNeil, who ran FNT almost single handedly for over 20 years, and without any success at all i.e. it was solely under his leadership that millions of dolllars of shareholders funds were squandered.
