I also find it illogical that a few posters agree with the false idea that you should always avoid stocks where the Directors have large holdings.
It's bizarre as a form of reasoning. The more skin in the game that Director's have, usually the better.

(What they possibly meant to say is Directors who only have shares which have been granted as part of a remuneration package, options etc. But even then you must take all relevant matters into consideration. For instance salary sacrifice, target setting, etc.)

Join the real world, people! This is a large tenement and there is more than just surface maps and aerial maps involved.

AUG doesn't have a lot of shares on issue. I've seen speculative stocks repeatedly issuing CRs on falling SPs with massive SOIs. Statistically not many exploration stocks will fully mature there is just a lot of chance and skill involved.
