I see what you are saying, although the target for the bottom of the handle I have is more like 0.046. Do you think that if the cup and hanle scenario plays out, and the breakout matches the a previous high between Feb and March 2013 we could see a second cup and handle? Which high would we be looking to match? The timing may coincidently line up with news.
