The way I read this is... on Aug 16, MUS announced they had 147,052 cts in stock. Here we are 19 days later and they've now got 176,522 cts in stock. 176,522 minus 147,052 is 29,470 cts increas. Divide that by 19 days gives us 1,551 cts per day.
Assuming they are only going to include the stones mined up until the 16th of Oct in the auction, that leaves 6 more weeks, 42 days. 42 times 1,551 cts per day is just over 65,000 cts to add to the existing 176,522 taking us, if we continue as we have been, to over 241,500 cts by auction time.
At that level, we would need to actually clear 83% of the stones at auction to sell 200,000.
But CJ has only told the market 200,000 cts will be offered so this gives MUS the ability to cherry pick the best 200,000 cts from the 241,500 cts and save the rest for a later auction.
