First a portion of the shares in November which will be in escrow until end of 2019. The final payment of shares wont be until mid 2020, again escrowed till mid 2021!
Through these years, we hold our breath. Hopefully they remain viable/listed through this time! Even if Fura is a resounding success and more than quadruples its MC to get our last tranche in the money, its still years before we get paid
I cant help but wonder how Arena feel about their stake right now. I would have assumed a deal like this would only go ahead with their blessing, but I cant see them being excited about this
