With regard to batch quality, It would be easy to claim that when dealing with a grading system with 157 categories and a price range of $2 - $600,that any approximation has the potential to be more misleading than informative (until close to auction date anyway),and would exempt disclosure under listing rule 3.1. Whether that's accurate or not,I don't know,as I'm a late comer to this party,but I've seen 3.1 successfully dodged with less.
