I don't think CJ has any information he needs to disclose. If the rubies had undergone a rough evaluation by someone skilled he would have to let us know, but if MUS has deliberately avoided doing this then there is nothing to disclose. Sure he and CVW (and almost certainly PS) know the approximate quality mix (I think even I could tell a good from garbage ruby) they may not have anything definitive yet. Until the MUSO options expire it is not in any long term investors interest to see the SP exceed 25c - do we really want an answer from MUS that will cause the shareholders a 8% dilution if it can be avoided.*
*Sorry MUSO holders your options were issued by a previous incarnation of MUS that stole all your money.
