There have been very few announcements to get to 4.6c as you say, so why suppose there will be a few more to keep it there?
Cap raise at 3c, really have you been living under a rock? CJ has said they will do fund raisings via various methods except a cap raise that will dilute existing holders. Bearing in mind the Regius directors have just got 30 mill shares today, try joining the dots, I know they are not numbered but have a go.
