I think the appointment of Peter Spiers will build confidence in share holders. Now we have a more well rounded board with added experience moving forward. I think CJ had a lot on his plate before, this will now allow them to get us where we need to be come October.

I think the mine side is pretty straight forward - dig up dirt / process / collect stones.
Everything is upgraded, up and running so not too much to be done there other than increasing volume.

Importantly they now have to concentrate on putting it all together.
