Surely it's ASIC's job to monitor companies and, more to the point, protect investors from deceptive practices. Meanwhile, bring on the truckload of rubies (or whatever resource hasn't been mentioned by the company to date)
My guess is once the ruby jig is up the focus will be uranium. Someone should frame a market.
