I am not disagreeing with this assessment, but it doesn't look very intelligent. Surface mining of gemstones is not the same as other minerals. We don't need a JORC to know MUS have viable commercial deposit and they can be cashflow positive from tiny processing volumes. All the other typical mining problems like transport, processing and marketing are minor issues. Expecting ruby mining to be like iron ore seems strange.
