The extra finances (compared to the previous deal with Arena) will no doubt be used for the substantial upgrades to plant and sorting equipment which we will desperately need to be a successful company. Failure to secure these upgrades because we rely solely on the profits from upcoming private sales, will put the company 12 months behind. This is the only option going forward.
