This is my thoughts exactly. They know that MUS can't be pumped unless there is something real there.
This has always been the thing about MUS - what they have is real. The ground they own is worth 20x their MC but thanks to the antics of the board and management us shareholders have seen none of this value reflected in the SP. Everything now rides on the new MD.
