Is it the best deal I've seen - no. Will it do the job until cashflows come in through ruby sales - yes.
Given this is still a microcap stock, that hasn't had ruby sales yet and needed cashflow to tide them over I was not expecting an amazing deal.
We should not need to draw down on the remaining tranches after cashflows are received from ruby sales hence expecting any dilution to be minimized.
