    You can increase the SP like anyone else. If the market doesn’t care about the muster dam increase, it doesn’t care.
    if the market doesn’t care about the 5mtpa+ upscale, then they don’t care.

    this will trade sideways until funding is announced as I believe a lot of people believe this will not get funding
