It takes months for long lead items......that's why they are called long lead.
Its clear to me that the balance of long lead items and consumables that are outstanding are those that were not used at MK2 otherwise they wouldn't be outstanding.......
My point is these items must be sitting in a yard somewhere in Zimbabwe, not in another country.Not the way I read it.
They clearly state, outstanding, which means ordered but not delivered.
