Oh ffs, here goes hc waffling on about wording and people being over confident in their interpretation. Far as I'm concerned nothing is happening until it's started. Scott has shown he cannot be relied upon for virtually any forward looking statements of action timing but I guess that's standard for the asx, we just thought for a while he might be better than that.
