Just read the proxy form and resolutions,not convinced the that the incentive is there at all,production of 25000 oz by 2015 june,Iwould think that he would lose his job if we dont have 25k oz by then.First draw down for construct plant 2013 june give me a break.These are a lack of incentive payments,we are constantly being told its all good so why these dates.i could relate these to my own job and say i get shares if I get to work on time.When will these directors realise shareholders are sick of paying employees all this incentive crap to just to do the job they are being payed for.Set some realistic dates and an excise price that is also fair to shareholders.Will definitely being an x in the no box on that one.
Yes he is doing a good job but not to be paid in incentives with largess.
