I've reached the conclusion after having initially gone though the "hang on a minute" opinions that this reserve is far bigger than what management have their hands out for . I used to work in the big end of town for a stock that used to have the crap kicked out of it media wise and knew the MD very well. Be rest assures that JG will not alter his direction nor should he based on what a chat site has been posting . OK a dozen or so die hard posters slash holders are passionate about their back pockets pockets , me included, but the senior management team are 100% focused on driving this to success. You can compare them to other remuneration structures of like operators but in most cases the people that do this don't hold an interest in those stocks anyway. To those you don't like it vote and let the numbers decide the outcome then either exit or be silent.
