The banks will all be on equal terms so if there is a syndicated loan, they will all share "whats up for grabs equally" - They will subordinate to each other if that makes sense?
Also streaming deals usually are subordinated to senior debt and not quite ranked on the same level. As Daytr was saying, they won't lend cash unless they are first in line to get it back!
Anyway - interested to see how this all works out!
