Tonstril, this is very cheap funding because as you point out the dilution is minimal. Normally MYG would have had to raise the $37M in equity so roughly 75% dilution! where as this equates to less than 15% dilution. This is a great deal for shareholders. It will be good to see an announcement stating which Australian bank is joining CS in the funding syndicate. Once this is announced the SP should start gathering momentum IMO.
