Possibly, however holders would have sold before this if that was their inclination. If the offer is scaled back to 60% say, that hardly is a huge number of shares to hold in this company. I suggest a minimum holding of 100,000 is appropriate.
As always the price will be determined by the strength of the bid and offer.
