While another extension is not ideal for the (at times) impatient (including myself). Including additional value add opportunities for the JV can only be a bonus for all shareholders in the long term if the JV does in fact go ahead.
The quotes " HPA Project Due Dilligence is now complete" and "HPA JV Framework established and alignment on commercial terms" also sounds very encouraging in terms of boxes being ticked off IMO.
