yes if it wasnt for TCB007, i wouldnt be here trying to help people see what is actually really happening. for some life can give you a chance in mysterious ways. If you have made some $$ read my last post. be risk adverse. think what is your best possible outcome if by some miracle this JV goes thru? dont you want to see terms, have certainty. how many times have we held onto hope and then to be let down. the probability of this happening is very low in my opinion. time frame is too short and too many moving parts & at the 11th hour we need to incorporate the downstream, and you have 20 odd days left. good luck
