    no everything hinges on this deal. everything......people are expecting Alcoa to help with offtake. not sure how that happens when its a very different product. maybe just maybe people will start to believe me that these special commodity buyers are very very sensitive and require a huge amount of DD on many samples. At the moment the pilot plant is closed for business
