    Well compare to Versus Systems Inc last closing price of 0.36 CAD, to issue shares to AB1 with floor price 0.23 CAD or 21 days VWAP, while AB1 will issue shares to Versus Systems with floor price of $A0.18 or 21 days VWAP. The management of AB1 seems always be able to issue the AB1 shares with a premium or market price and get other company at discount. Complex but smart dealing.
