No matter what...the break costs at $8m is a substantial cash outflow that could of been better utilised elsewhere in the business.
I am aghast that no one is questioning the ability of senior management (CEO) and the Chairman now on what the next chapter is? Then again, no potential CEO would want to jump in right now given the level of uncertainty and future direction.
so what happens if there are no bids? Confidence is lost until a new change at the higher level occurs....poker game is over for the incumbent executive team..now should be the time to focus on an quick internal clean up for the good of ECX.
