I am finding it a bit fishy actually.. if everything was hunky-dory with ECX then clearly this is wayyyyy undervalued - which implies that the mgmt will be in no rush to go for a deal... better option would have been to let the mkt settle and release the half yearly in may and take from there..
By paying 8 million [more than 3% of the current valuation of the company] seems excessive and extremely desperate...
maybe there are more skeletons in the closet we dont know about yet...
Have sold all my holdings today... will wait and watch
