I just had a 15 minute conversation with Alan J from IR and I am happy....one of the key takeaways for me was that he said:
"under the SIA ECX were subject to too many restrictions, which meant any interested party discussions about R2D and Grays needed to go through MMS as well"
.... I can only imagine the difficulties this scenario presented so $8m in the scheme of things could turn out to be cheap ??
.... as always don't take my word for it ... DYOR... or better still ring IR and ask some questions yourself
