On the US issue I disagree. MVP will need $30-40m to get to launch in that market and that money would have to be raised from shareholders. That would would then go to a management team that have never successfully made a profit in any market in the world other than Australia and NZ which were already established when they arrived.
To understand how just how bad that is have a look at how many countries Penthrox IS registered for sale in.
