Very positive move IMO. DW is a banker who saw a promising investment and gave MDI the finance and momentum to get going. He is also Chairman of PNV and RMY in addition to his consulting work as an investment banker (e.g. Bega Foods). That's a lot even for a clever bloke. Appointing a chairman with experience in the pharmaceutical industry adds focus and energy for the next stage of company growth. The new CEO adds to this as well. And DW IS also still on the board (as the major shareholder) so he can add his voice if needed. Win-win for all. Next milepost: FDA meeting in late Jan.
