Your question is a good question and I suggest you ask John Sharman or Ian Edwards directly. I asked through MDI Facebook page at the end of February and the reply was there is no problem and it should be approved in the 1st half of CY2016. At the time they directed me to contact Ian Edwards directly with investor questions.
