What are Mercantile up to with these?
See them do this on cashed up shells trading at a slight discount time and again.
Given the only 'asset' many of these companies have is a massive chunk of declared losses, I wonder if it a tax-reduction ploy to merge historic high loss companies with 'tax benefits' with assets/companies generating profits?
What else could the reason be, and would it be legal?
