Watch this space. I suspect that there will be a project to be vended in shortly. There is a lot of work going on behind the scene. The old board just did not pull up stumps and walk just like that. I suspect that a major SH was approached and told that there is a project ready to happen but certain steps are required first. Get rid of the land, get rid of the boat, get rid of the old board, clean out the closets, kick out any skeletons. Tick, tick, tick, tick, tick, tick.
