they had a Cr with some Canadian investors for C30cents and in all valuations they use this as the benchmark
dont be concerned with the consolidation..I interpret that to be getting the sp >$1 to give it a bit of credence on Toronto exchange(if and when they list there)

a 4 for 1 consolidation should result in a sp of about $1.20
