re: Ann: MWE TO DELIST - REMOVAL FROM OFFICIA... well its not delisted YET, it needs a vote & would have been better titled PROPOSAL FOR MWE TO DELIST - REMOVAL FROM OFFICIAL ASX QUOTATION.

interesting, they want to delist, what are the total costs per year to be a asx listed company? give a saving example would have been a plus in the pdf they put out, would be nice if they hade given and example of 2008 calender year,i fail to see many benifits of a delisting. any new project needed to be paid some how, ok yes shares is a dilutionary issue at this price , but cash has similar problems you have to raise it etc and its the same for other companies selling projects as it is for mwe trying to see better value in the share price or market cap,its contradicting ! its with the same in many ways if its delisted .

am i missing something?

i wonder how this may effect its joint ventures partners?
